How to make weed lemonade?

Lemonade is one of those iconic summer treats that seem to take the heat right out of the sky. Even in the winter it’s a great sweet treat to have on deck. The sour and sweetness is a perfect mixture to mask the

Ice cold, cannabis-infused lemonade is one of the great pleasures of the summer. Even better news? It is super easy to make. The easiest method is to simply add canna-tincture to taste to a cold glass of homemade lemonade.

But if you want to master the art of making cannabis syrup, you can also add this potent extract to any drink you want.

Summer Weed Lemonade

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups (1.35 litres) cold water
  • 2 cups (450 millilitres) lemon juice (or 8-10 lemons)
  • 1 cup (225 grams) sugar
  • 3 Teaspoons infused vegetable glycerine or tincture
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

HOW TO MAKE

  1. The easy way to do this of course is just to use lemon juice that is already squeezed. If you extract the juice manually, it will taste better of course. Regardless of where the lemon juice comes from, add it to the water. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Some people actually prefer to use a syrup, rather than sugar. However, this is the stage where you add the sweet stuff. If you are diabetic, use a natural sweetener like Stevia instead. Also note, you should add sugar sparingly. Remember the canna-syrup is super sweet too.
  3. Then add the glycerine and if you prefer, a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix or blend again thoroughly.

Strawberry infused Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 3 Lemons
  • 6 Large Strawberries
  • 5 cups water
  • Ice-Cubes
  • Sweetener to taste.

Instructions

  1. Squeeze 1 lemon in microwave safe bowl or a cup, place 1-2 strawberries (sliced) and both lemon halves. Pour two cups of water and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute and 40 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave.
  2. Meanwhile, slice all the strawberries, Squeeze one lemon in the pitcher, then slice one, combine it with strawberries.
  3. Add ice cubes, 3 cups of cold water. Then pour lemon- strawberry infused warm water from the microwave. Take those lemon halves and squeeze as much as you can, then discard.
  4. Add sweetener of your choice, and stir. Garnish with fresh mint.

Recipe Notes

By warming up, almost to the boiling point lemon juice with lemon skin, you will release an amazing aroma and the taste of lemonade is much richer. If it is too strong, add more water and balance it with Sweetener. You may add 1/2 cup (or more) of Vodka or Tequila to spike it up, for the adult version. You may use the other version for Vodka lemonade by making a sugar syrup, Thick or Rich Simple Syrup (basic, simple syrup) – A ratio of 1 part water to 1 part sugar – This is used as the basis for cold fruit drinks and cocktails. Make it on medium-low temperature until you reach the right consistency. Cool it, and add to the lemonade.

Best Weed Lemonade

Ingredients

  • fresh lemons
  • water and
  • a sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. Add the water and raw honey to a pot or saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir just until the honey is dissolved.
  3. Remove the honey water from the heat (it should take just about a minute).
  4. In a pitcher or large container, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and water (see exact amounts in the recipe below)
  5. Add the raw honey mixture, as needed, to bring about the desired level of sweetness.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled and then serve over ice.

Instructions

  1. Use fresh lemon juice – void buying lemon juice from concentrate or pre squeezed lemon juice.  It just won’t taste the same.
  2. Use good quality ingredients – fresh, vibrant lemons, raw honey, and good quality water will all help to make your lemonade taste great.
  3. Don’t just add all the sweetener – just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.  Make sure to taste test the lemonade mixture to see how much honey water you’ll need to add to get it to suit your tastebuds.
  4. Keep or remove the pulp – if you really don’t like pulp, you can strain the lemonade through a fine mesh sieve to easily remove the pulp.
  5. Make sure to refrigerate – after you mix everything, I find lemonade needs a little time to gel in the fridge to get those flavors to jive together and make the most flavorful lemonade.
  6. Add more flavors – try using one of the added fruits to your lemonade to make a whole new delicious flavor of lemonade.
  7. Consider making a little extra to turn into ice cubes for later so your ice doesn’t “water down” your lemonade.
